By purchasing a gym membership or day pass, you agree to comply with all gym rules, policies, and staff instructions to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone. This includes using all equipment safely and as intended, following any dress code requirements, and showing consideration to other members and team members at all times.

Members and guests use the gym facilities and equipment at their own risk. The gym cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property incidents that may occur while using the premises, equipment, or services, except where required by law.

All memberships and day passes are personal to the purchaser, non-transferable, and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement or required by law. Any breach of gym rules, inappropriate behaviour, misuse of equipment, or conduct that puts others at risk may result in suspension or termination of access or membership without refund.

The gym reserves the right to update membership fees, opening hours, services, classes, facilities, and terms of use at any time.

The Gym may also amend, suspend, or withdraw any loyalty, rewards, points, referral, or promotional scheme at any time. Any points, credits, or rewards accrued under such schemes have no cash value and may be cancelled upon termination of the scheme.
